How PocketPadi Handles Data Erasure

What is Permanently Deleted
  • User Identity: Full name, nickname, email, phone number, and avatar photos.
  • Financial Logs: Complete transaction history across MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, bank cards, and cash.
  • Budget Configurations: Custom spending envelopes, salary settings, and Susu savings targets.
  • AI Companion Logs: All conversational voice and text prompts and generated financial advice.
  • Session Credentials: Active security tokens and authentication records.
Retention Period & Non-Custodial Safeguards
  • Immediate Execution: Requests submitted through this web form or in-app take effect immediately.
  • No Lingering Copies: PocketPadi does not sell or syndicate user data. Wiped records cannot be recovered.
  • No Funds Held: Because PocketPadi is non-custodial and never holds deposits, account deletion does not affect your actual mobile money or bank balances.
  • Backup Purge: Encrypted backup snapshots cycle out and permanently expire within 30 days.
