Does PocketPadi hold or take custody of my money? ▾

Never. PocketPadi is 100% non-custodial. We are purely personal expense tracking and AI budgeting software. We do not accept customer deposits, disburse loans, or transfer funds. Your money stays securely inside your own MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, or bank account. You only pay a flat software subscription to track your finances.

Can I pay for my subscription with MTN MoMo or Telecel Cash? ▾

Yes! We accept Mobile Money payments via Paystack from both MTN MoMo and Telecel Cash, as well as local Ghana debit cards (Visa & Mastercard).

Can my partner or family members see my private accounts on Household? ▾

No. Household members only see transactions allocated to shared household categories (such as Chop Money, ECG electricity, or rent). Your private transactions and personal account balances remain completely confidential.

Can I cancel or switch plans at any time? ▾

Yes, there are no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings.
